What a magical week on the Amalfi Coast celebrating with Sahar and Tim, two strangers that became dear friends, and their wedding week that seemed to glisten brighter than the sea.

The festivities started with a lot of steps up to Villa Oliviero, where they hosted their welcome pizza and pool party! Lots of pizza with a side of Aperol Spritz to welcome their guests, grandma included (yes, she did all those steps), to the magical hillside of Positano, Italy.

Impossible to pick favorite moments, but will highlight a few. Just outside of the villa, on a quaint street that they had already walked by many times all week and felt familiar, Sahar + Tim shared their first look,most beautiful vows, squeezed each other so tight, and of course, kept the fan and parasol close by - Positano sun in August is no joke!

The welcome lemon ice with a view of Positano, parasols to shade the guests, ceremony views and Persian traditions, their post ceremony limoncello spritz🍋 and of course, their limoncello escort table was iconic! no one’s invited to the dinner table without a shot of limoncello first

Then it was dinner party time! Sahar and Tim hand wrote notes that served as place cards for their guests, chandeliers hung from the villa’s retractable roof - watching the workers carry these up a trillion flights of stairs was a sight to behold - I have never been more impressed!!! The toasts from their best people were simple, sweet, and done over Italian wine and pasta, they had moments that were so full of zest (saxophone player), and other moments that were quiet, giggly, and just so them, like their poolside cake cutting under the moon. What a week. Truly, that’s amore.
